Welcome to West Florida Appaloosa Horse Club.  Since 1975, this club has supported the Appaloosa horse and it's members and we look forward to continuing in that same tradition for years to come.

We support our members whether they are putting miles on their Appaloosa partners on the beautiful trails in Blackwater State Forest, competing in all-breed competition aboard a cutter, reiner, dressage, team penner or pleasure horse, or exhibiting at ApHC sponsored shows and events.  Our members are descriminating breeders and trainer;, dedicated owners and exhibitors; and horse people passing on their love for the breed to the next generation.

The Northwest Florida Panhandle is proud to be home to NAS Pensacola, the "Cradle of Naval Aviation" and home of the Blue Angels; we are proud to be home to Eglin Air Force Base-home to the Air Armament Center, the 33rd Fighter Wing and the Air Weapons Development Command.

Membership includes Appaloosa enthusiasts from several states who enjoy our friendly, outgoing and helpful club "personality".  You are never a stranger to us!  We sponsor several open shows throughout the year, and this year are offering a beautiful circuit award to the Appaloosa/exhibitor who accumulates the most points in all three shows.  Those standings will be posted on this web site.

We are no more than a 6 hour haul to Jackson, Ms. where the ApHC World Youth Show and National Horse Show will be held beginning in 2008!  So, stop on by and visit with us.
